Over 1500 maple syrup producers from across Quebec send the very best of their harvest to our labs and facilities. After being analyzed, inspected and graded, the maple syrup is blended to produce the categories and taste profiles our customers love. Then we pasteurize it and pack it in bottles for shipping around the world.
